Last October while out wandering around taking pictures of a world on fire with autumn I remembered pressing leaves as a kid in school. Overcome by nostalgia I picked up as many leaves as I could and popped them in an oversized photo book filled with pictures of Russia in the 70s I’d purchased earlier in the day for a dollar at the Salvation Army.I came across the book and the leaves earlier this month and thought I would share the current state of the leaves which is stunning.
I also thought this would be a great opportunity to bust out some crayons.
The only other real effect here is that I placed a glass thing (I have no idea what its’ practical purpose is) in front of the leaves and the effect of the sun passing through it seemed kind of cool.
